Keeping our customers safe!  We offer Domestic Violence Assistance

If you need assistance transferring your mobile lines from an account due to domestic partner violence or abuse, please call Customer Service at 800-944-5526 or stop by the Emerson office. We’ll connect you to specially trained representatives who can handle your requests in a secure and confidential way:

  • You'll need to provide us with accurate, basic information about your situation and the phone numbers involved.

  • You are required to provide supporting documentation from a court, law enforcement, licensed medical or mental health care provider, licensed social worker or victim services provider.

  • We may not be able to accommodate all situations, however, we will work with you to minimize the burden of this process.

  • You may qualify for a service discount through the Lifeline Program pursuant to the Safe Connections Act. To learn more about the Lifeline Program click here.
     

If you need help, please contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline. The Hotline provides free, confidential support, crisis intervention information, safety planning, education, and referral services in over 200 languages and is always available.
